摘 要:本文介紹了EOS全身骨骼三維建模成像系統(tǒng)的原理、組成、三維建模技術(shù)和骨骼成像技術(shù)。該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)低劑量的X射線成像技術(shù),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)全身骨骼的高精度成像和三維重建。在臨床應(yīng)用方面,該系統(tǒng)可以用于骨骼疾病的診斷和手術(shù)規(guī)劃與導(dǎo)航;在科研應(yīng)用方面,可以用于骨骼生物力學(xué)研究和骨骼生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育研究。該系統(tǒng)具有高精度成像和低劑量輻射的優(yōu)勢(shì),但也面臨著數(shù)據(jù)處理復(fù)雜性和臨床應(yīng)用限制的挑戰(zhàn)。未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)包括提高成像速度和優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)處理,以及將該系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于骨骼疾病的預(yù)防與管理和個(gè)性化醫(yī)療。通過(guò)不斷改進(jìn)技術(shù)和拓展應(yīng)用,EOS全身骨骼三維建模成像系統(tǒng)有望為臨床醫(yī)學(xué)和科學(xué)研究提供更好的支持和幫助。

Abstract: This article introduces the principles, components, 3D modeling techniques, and bone imaging techniques of the EOS whole-body skeletal 3D modeling imaging system. This system uses low-dose X-ray imaging technology to achieve high-precision imaging and 3D reconstruction of the entire skeletal system. In clinical applications, this system can be used for the diagnosis of skeletal diseases and surgical planning and navigation. In scientific research applications, it can be used for biomechanical studies of the skeleton and research on skeletal growth and development. This system has the advantages of high-precision imaging and low-dose radiation, but it also faces challenges in data processing complexity and clinical application limitations. Future development trends include improving imaging speed and optimizing data processing, as well as applying the system to the prevention and management of skeletal diseases and personalized medicine.
